It's a great time to get back in shape after a long time off. The benefits of joining a gym are that you'll look and feel full of energy, you can push yourself and learn new techniques to stay in great shape for life. I'm Darren Pyefinch and I run Vibrant Fit in Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes.

Vibrant Fit is a small friendly gym where it is mainly 1-2-1, so it's nothing like a big-box gym with hundreds of members in the same room. You book for 3 x 30 min sessions a week and get it done without mixing with others.

You get a science-driven ‘Body MOT’ to find out the real reason you can’t achieve your weight loss and overall body fitness goals.

Test & Measure

We test & measure your weight, muscle %, bone density, body fat % & types, hormonal levels, hydration and max strength.

Nutrition Coach

We advise you on the right foods for you to eat to lose body fat, get toned, increase energy and improve health.

Fitness Training

You get a bespoke plan of exercise and 1-2-1 fitness training based on just 3 x 30 minute sessions a week.

Darren Pyefinch: Not Your Average Personal Trainer

Darren used to weigh 17 stone and smoked heavily. Following a ‘wake-up call’ brush with his health and a hospital visit, Darren decided to change his life and get in shape. He hired a Triathlon coach and eventually qualified for the World Championships in New Zealand, finishing 37th in the World for his age group.

Certifications & Qualifications

Darren is a trained nutritionist, and qualified as a ‘Bullet Proof’ Training Institute – Human Potential Coach in May 2018. He also recently qualified as a Hypnotherapist, so he can help clients with their mindset and motivation to achieve their own weight loss and fitness levels.
